TheEHS & Sustainability Senior Specialistwill manage and improve the environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs. The role involves applying technical knowledge across various EHS disciplines to identify and implement improvements collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support EHS activities and programs at International HQ and offices.
  • Maintain site EHS programs, including record-keeping.

  • Support EHS sub-team projects and global EHS programs.
  • Participate in site emergency response teams.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal, national, and local EHS regulations.
  • Ability to explain complex safety information clearly.
  • Proficient in computer and documentation management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • EHS experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology research.
  • Relevant training (e.g., HAZWOPER, RCRA, DOT/IATA) may be required.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related Life Science discipline.
  • Environmental, Health, or Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH certificate, IOSH, ASP).
