Are you a skilled engineering professional with a passion for process qualification and equipment commissioning? We are looking for an experienced Engineering Consultant to play a critical role in supporting the introduction of new powder products at our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing site in France.

You'll bring your technical expertise to lead qualification activities, provide hands-on engineering support, and guide equipment integration across blending, transfer, and packing systems.

Authoring and Executing Technical Documentation:
Prepare and lead execution of URS, FAT, SAT, and IO/OQ protocols for a variety of powder handling and packaging systems, including:
manufacturing suites & mass feed systems
Blender and Gravity Lift Column

  • Powder sachet packing equipment and
  • Leading Qualification Activities On-Site and at Supplier Plants:
  • Oversee FATs and SATs at supplier facilities
  • Conduct IO/OQ execution and documentation on-site in France
  • Ensure smooth introduction of new equipment to live production environments
  • Technical Review and Sign-Off:
  • Review wiring and pneumatic diagrams
  • Approve all qualification documents and activities
  • Project Leadership:
  • Manage the site introduction of new powder equipment * Provide expert input on SOP creation and technical training Specialist Support:
  • Assist with installation and integration of an OPTEL vision system
  • Train staff on use and maintenance of new equipment
  • Travel to supplier sites as needed to support project execution

    What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in engineering roles within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in equipment qualification (FAT, SAT, IO/OQ)
  • Hands-on experience with powder handling systems, blending, and packing equipment
  • Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and SOPs
