Job Description

In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

What you would do:

On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
Execution of commissioning and close out plan
Ensure close out of snag lists.
Deliver on labour tracker.
Manage relevant external correspondence.
Order all day-to-day site materials.
Update appropriate information to progress report.
Maintaining K&M Document Management System
Project specific scheduling.
Communicate changes to Project team.
Project quality reporting and monitoring.
Oversee testing certification and handover.
Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications

Qualified Electrician
Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role
Experience of managing and leading teams
Project Management experience beneficial
Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Up to date manual handling & safe pass
