Hunter AHP are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Dispensary Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with previous outpatient hospital experience to contribute to an essential part of healthcare in the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing medications for outpatient services
Ensuring compliance with NHS and hospital protocols
Providing expert advice on medication management to patients and healthcare teams
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Contributing to the efficient running of the dispensary department
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients
Requirements:

Previous experience in an outpatient hospital pharmacy setting is essential
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Full-time availability with the flexibility to work ongoing hours
