This role will drive Business Engagement with ProcessImprovement and post-implementation adherence. The ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders andsupport functions will be critical to the success of this role.Gravitas and influencing skills to ensure adherence to newprocesses will also be key, along with attention to detail and asound understanding of business risk. There will be line managementresponsibility for a Process Improvement lead. Responsibilities 1.Champion and lead the process improvement agenda at ClarusONE. 2.Use understanding of business process, interaction with ourdownstream customer processes and company objectives to identifynew opportunities for change that will generate value for our teamsand enhance the way we do business. 3. Prioritise processimprovement initiatives through collaboration with the Leadershipteam, key business stakeholders and the Product and Technologyteams, being flexible as priorities change. Connect the dots acrossthe broader business when change is being designed and implementedto ensure we maximise the benefit of change. 4. Work in partnershipwith the Director Strategy and Business Development to understandhow the business is changing to develop a 3-year roadmap thatsupports the change agenda. 5. Lead communication efforts acrossall stakeholders, producing updates for ClarusONE Leadership andthe Board where required. 6. Own the implementation of businessprocess change in partnership with key stakeholders, projectmanaging from process design through to successful completion. 7.Hold business stakeholders to account for adopting change,leveraging reporting and evidence to support the transition. 8.Support the growth and development of the Process Improvement Lead.Requirements Experience 1. Experience in managing multiplestakeholders across a single project. 2. Experience in refining andimproving process. 3. Extensive Project management experience.Knowledge/Skills 1. Process redesign/creation experience – Lean/SixSigma training advantageous. 2. Ability to perform in a fast-paced,results-driven environment that is constantly changing. 3. Abilityto build and maintain long-term relationships. 4. Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication skills andable to work with all levels of management and internal/externalcustomers to get results quickly – able to communicate complex datato stakeholders in a simplified and action-oriented manner. 6.Ability to operate as a business leader, shaping the culture ofClarusONE. 7.
