Overview

What is the role?

We are looking for aDirectoron a12 month FTCto lead one of our biggest global accounts, working across HCP focused brand communications, as well as the brand's consumer awareness work. You will be a strong client partner, effective team leader, and passionate about creative healthcare advertising.


Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as client lead for your assigned account
  • Building strong relationships with client leadership (Brand Director)
  • Working with our strategy team to define the brand strategy for the client
  • Identifying and proactively leading organic growth and adding value to client business
  • Working with client services and project management team on revenue forecasting, budget management
  • Acting as part of the Saatchi Wellness Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing on resourcing and recruitment with support from wider SLT
  • Take leadership responsibilities with the Saatchi Wellness Client Services and wider team
  • Identifies opportunities for new business not only for Saatchi Wellness but across the wider Publicis Health agencies.


Qualifications

Who are you?

  • Strong background within a creative healthcare agency
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients and brands
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision making
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in a network agency would be desirable but not required
