Account Director – Health & Social Care (Public Affairs / Communications) Location: Central London

Are you passionate about shaping the future of health and social care through policy and communications? My client is looking for an Account Director (or experienced Senior Account Manager ready for a step up) to join a fast-growing, values-driven public affairs and communications consultancy.

You’ll play a lead role on a diverse portfolio of clients across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, digital health, and social care landscape. You'll help clients navigate complex policy environments, deliver high-impact campaigns, and influence meaningful change in the sector.

Lead strategic client programmes focused on health and social care policy
Produce and oversee high-quality policy briefings, reports, and stakeholder materials
Strong understanding of UK health and/or social care policy
✅ Experience working with pharmaceutical or health sector clients (agency or in-house)
✅ Proven ability to lead accounts, manage stakeholders, and deliver results
✅ Line management experience and a passion for developing others
