Job Description: Precision for Medicine is a CRO specializing in precision medicine. Our integrated approach combines novel clinical trial designs, industry-leading operational and medical experts, advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions, with a focus on rare diseases and oncology, across various therapeutic areas.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our global team. This role involves creating integrated marketing programs using content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising to increase awareness, generate demand, and capture qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital marketing channels such as lead generation, ABM, SEM, SMM, SEO, and website optimization, blending analytical skills with creativity to enhance our digital presence and ROI.
The successful candidate is a strategic executor with experience in B2B digital marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of various digital tools and channels. Creativity, results orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing content and campaigns to generate qualified leads
Collaborating with marketing and sales to meet account targets and deliver high-quality MQLs and SQLs
Planning multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, RollWorks)
Creating digital assets like landing pages, ads, and emails to engage prospects
Supporting content atomization strategies for social media, paid media, and website engagement
Working with design and content teams to produce campaign materials
Managing templates for email marketing, landing pages, and forms, ensuring best practices and responsiveness
Analyzing campaign performance and ROI to optimize strategies
Supporting account-based marketing initiatives
Maintaining and upgrading CRM and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM tools)
Implementing reporting frameworks to deliver actionable leads to sales teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
Experience with ABM, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Proficiency with advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, AdRoll)
Strong knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, RollWorks, Demandbase, Salesforce)
Preferred: Industry experience in B2B, SaaS, Pharma, Bioscience, or Life Sciences is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tactics and tools
CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and ABM strategies
Excellent planning, reporting, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and in fast-paced settings
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
