The

Digital and Commercial Brand Manager

plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer-centric digital engagement and driving commercial impact for products not actively promoted by the sales force—referred to as

Commercial Portfolio products . This role bridges digital marketing excellence with commercial brand management to ensure consistent global execution, operational effectiveness, and performance tracking across markets.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, Reproductive Medicine, you will be:
Leading the strategic development and implementation of digital promotion campaigns.

Building internal capabilities and SOPs that enable best-in-class digital engagement.

Ensuring integration with the Global CRM to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Driving commercial visibility, uptake, and lifecycle strategy for non-personal promotion brands.

Your day at Ferring - Key Responsibilities will include:
Digital Enablement & Governance
Lead the design and deployment of global digital marketing processes, standards, and SOPs.

Develop globally guided digital solutions and support their regional and local implementation to maximize business impact.

Drive harmonization and best-practice sharing across global, regional, and local commercial and medical teams.

Commercial Portfolio & Campaign Ownership
Act as brand lead for selected Commercial Portfolio products, developing brand positioning, messaging, and integrated digital campaigns.

Build and execute multi-channel marketing plans (NPP) tailored to therapeutic and customer needs.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Access, and Regulatory to ensure compliant and impactful messaging.

Monitor brand performance and adjust tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and uptake.

Training, Capability Building & Change Management
Design and execute a global digital training curriculum with modular content tailored to regions/markets.

Conduct onboarding and capability workshops for local digital and brand teams, ensuring readiness for digital-first execution.

Technology & CRM Integration
Ensure full integration of digital marketing activities with the Global CRM system to support a 360° view of the customer.

Facilitate seamless alignment between digital channels and CRM workflows to enable measurement and optimization of customer journeys.

Measurement & Vendor Management
Define KPIs and implement global frameworks for performance management across digital initiatives and geographies.

Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external digital agencies and platform vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Cultivate strong internal networks with Global Marketing, Regional Commercial Teams, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and IT.

Act as a strategic partner to RM and Gastro franchises, providing guidance on local adaptations of global campaigns and supporting local enablement of digital assets

Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences. MBA or Master’s desirable.

8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing with at least 3 years in digital marketing roles.

Proven experience in building and executing omnichannel campaigns, including for non-sales-force promoted products.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics.

Experience working in a global matrixed environment with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
