The Role:
Two Design Managers are needed to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project. You'll oversee technical design coordination, lead consultant and contractor teams, and resolve design issues on-site, ensuring seamless delivery of complex, high-security data halls.

The Project:
A state-of-the-art data centre campus featuring six buildings of over 9,000 sqm each, with rooftop plant decks reaching 77ft. This is a high-spec, highly secure project requiring detailed MEP integration and precision delivery.

Must-Have:
• Extensive Design Manager experience on complex new build projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and design management
• Experience in data centres, pharma, industrial, or high-spec commercial sectors
• Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary design teams and solve design queries onsite
• Proficient in clash detection, drawings review, and technical problem-solving
