You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on ourbiomolecular solutionsincludingautomation products like microplate readers and liquid handlers.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required  Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service

For this role, you will be working remotely combined with daily travel to customer sites in theUKandIreland(a company car will be available to you).This position can be based anywhere in England.

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following background:

University degreein aLife Sciencerelated field (Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science/Engineering, Biochemistry, etc…)Significant hands-on experiencewithbiomolecular,genomicsand/orcell analysis solutions, especially withautomated instruments and workflowseither as anend-user in a labORin a similartechnical support roleKnowledge of/experience withautomated microplate readersandliquid handlersFull proficiency inEnglishAvalid driving license

On a personal level, you areproactive,outgoingandcustomer focused. You enjoy working bothautonomouslyand aspart of a team, tosolve various types of problems. You have great communication and written skills to interact with many internal and external partners.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
