Description Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is passionate about problem-solving, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, resolving system and customer-related issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Scope of the Role

  • Support with the diagnosis and resolution of system issues to minimise workflow disruption
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex customer order, enquiry, and claim issues
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards (Power BI experience is a plus)
  • Generate and distribute high-volume reports; analyse and present key insights
  • Maintain Customer Service dashboards and FAQs
  • Liaise with Customer Service Teams, Customer Supply Analysts and Account Managers to manage customer expectations, including those with high or unrealistic demands
  • Assist cross-functional teams with data collection, analysis and strategic insights
  • Review and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency

Experience Required

  • At least 3 years experience working in a similar position
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (preferred)
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Experience in data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and process improvement
