Cranleigh STEM has exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding biotechnology company based in Winchester to recruit a Customer Success Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will play act as a technical specialist between R&D and external customers/clients – supporting with enquiries, product management and generating business reports.

This role will suit a recent life sciences graduate (molecular biology, biology, biochemistry) coupled with some commercial experience in industry – demonstrating strong communication skills with internal/external parties.

Customer Success Specialist responsibilities

Customer support

Product management

Sales admin support

Working within our CRM system

Generating business reports

Liaising with our Operations and technical support teams

Working within our ISO13485 Quality System
Customer Success Specialist requirements

Degree level qualification in molecular biology, biology, biochemistry or similar.

Experience working in a customer facing role – demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different departments.

Self-motivated character, with a real desire to pursue a career in biotech outside of the laboratory.

Experience working a CRM system would be preferred.
