Senior Construction Engineer

Project Manager

A leading international MEP contractor, delivering high-value engineering and construction solutions across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors, currently looking for aCSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Supervisorto join the project team on a large-scale, mission-criticaldata centre developmentinSlough.With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and safety, they are expanding their team to support continued growth across the UK and Europe.


The successful candidate will play a key role in the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of all CSA aspects of the project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team on a fast-paced, technically challenging build.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-siteCSA worksincluding concrete, steel structures, internal fit-out, and architectural finishes
  • Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and construction drawings
  • Assist with planning and sequencing of CSA activities
  • Provide leadership to ensure a strong safety culture is maintained on site


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role within the CSA discipline
  • Previous experience on data centres or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, HSE legislation, and construction best practices
  • Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Engineering or construction-related qualification desirable
  • CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certification preferred
