CSA Estimator

Our client is a leading technical contractor with projects in the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, USA, and Canada. They Specialize in Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centres, Food, Logistics and Pharmaceuticals. They have expanded over the past 20 years to be a multi million-pound company. They are currently seeking CSA Estimators to join them on projects in Leeds & Solihull.You will be responsible for: Preparing estimates based on drawings and specificationsThe ability to take-off quantities and to prepare a pricing documentObtaining pricing for elements of the building from subcontractors and suppliersAssisting in the maintaining of the cost data basePresenting the estimate to the Estimating Director and when necessary to the Board of DirectorsBuilding relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)Co-operating with the application of quality assurance proceduresEnsuring confidentiality is maintained with respect to all information obtained during the course of employment, particularly with respect to information provided by, or obtained from, othersBeing able to identify potential risks on a projectYou will need: A Quantity Surveying or Estimating background with at least 3 years satisfactory experienceTo have successfully completed and graduated from a third level degree course accredited to at least NFQ Level 7 in quantity surveying, construction economics or an equivalentSavile Lloyd and our Clients are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
