Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely for 2 days per week and from our Warrington office 3 days per week.

Overview of the Role

Are you looking to drive commercial excellence and support strategic commitments? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team at RS Integrated Supply. Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, you will support Integrated Supply’s Commercial operations with a focus on all elements of revenue generating activities and new client acquisition strategy. As a key member of our finance team, you will support the Finance Team and RSIS Executive Leadership Team in delivering on strategic goals. You will work closely with Global Sales and Operations teams, focusing on client sales, renewals, and credit risk exposure and management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Client Credit Risk: Manage end-to-end credit risk processes, including proactive credit checks and ongoing monitoring.

  • Working Capital Management: Collaborate on cash flow management with a focus on DSO improvements.

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop revenue, gross margin, and pipeline conversion targets with Sales leads for the annual budget.

  • Financial Forecasting: Create accurate financial forecasts and trend analysis to inform the sales pipeline process.

  • Client Financial Modelling: Develop and refine financial models for client contracts, encompassing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

  • Financial Reporting: Ensure new contractual revenues are accurately recorded and participate in early life care for financial performance monitoring.

  • Client Contracts: Drive compliance and support the bid and renewal process to win new business and renew existing contracts on improved terms.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the bid and renewal life cycle process for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial metrics.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present financial information clearly.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Integrity: Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

  • Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or part qualified and studying towards.
