Job title: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Location: Horsham

Salary: £65k - £92k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 5+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

A leading law firm is looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join one of their offices based in West Sussex. Ideally the firm is looking for a solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience but are very keen to hear from more senior individuals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable well-established firm, whose focus is to build and maintain strong client relationships and to take on the existing caseload as well as expanding their presence in the region and beyond.

The corporate and commercial team act for a broad range of companies, businesses, partnerships, and other organisations in various industry sectors alongside individual cases. Clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, property firms, software businesses, and more. The caseload of work includes a mixture of sales and purchases, M&A, restructurings, NDAs, and shareholders and directors' agreements, amongst others. If you are a keen business developer seeking a strong team and the autonomy to lead a department then this role should be a serious consideration.
