Base pay range We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Practitioner
Ethypharm is seeking a passionate Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our vibrant and forward-thinking production team at our Romford manufacturing facility.
The Continuous Improvement Practitioner plays a pivotal role in deploying and embedding the Ethypharm Continuous Improvement System across our Romford site - driving the delivery of our Business Strategy and enhancing overall performance in Safety, Quality, Waste/Cost, and Delivery.
As a key member of the site team, reporting directly to the CI Manager, the CI Practitioner will be responsible for ensuring the Ethypharm CI System is actively used to build the capability of all site personnel - empowering teams to implement continuous improvement activities as part of their daily work.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Roll out, support, and maintain the Ethypharm Continuous Improvement System
Work with the CI Manager and Site team to identify and deliver service improvement activity across the site through implementation of the Ethypharm Continuous Improvement System and the application of innovative thinking
To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-jurisdictional "CI Advocates", to build a continuous improvement environment to support the culture transformation
Lead and facilitate Improvement initiatives workshops
Conduct classroom training sessions to different level of the organization
Lead good practices rolling out across the different departments to Knowledge leverage
To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
Assist in data analysis and processing to derive effective decisions
Skills/Experience
Educated to a degree level or equivalent standard
Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions, Power BI and Power App
Experience of coaching and delivering training
Experience of implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multifunctional organisation
Hold a qualification in Lean Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Office packages
Knowledge of structured problem-solving methods including DMAIC
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.

You are a passionate problem-solver with a strong track record of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing or operational environment. With a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, you're confident in engaging teams at all levels to embed sustainable change and build improvement capabilities across the site.
