The Position

As a Content Manager, you will:

Develop, manage, and optimise high-quality digital content, primarily for our web platforms.
Drive the content delivery roadmap by curating and creating impactful content in collaboration with cross-functional Novo Nordisk teams.
Ensure all content complies with UK pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines, including the ABPI Code of Practice.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, and government bodies.
Influence public opinion and government policy to promote the reputation of Novo Nordisk and improve our regulatory and economic environments.
Develop and implement internal and external communications to align with the organisation's strategic vision and mission.
Design and/or create visual materials for advertisements, publications, and other promotional content.

Qualifications

Min. bachelor degree or equivalent, in business administration or relevant.
Experience in marketing / sales / multichannel / digital customer engagement at local level, with proven success track record in pharmaceutical industry (or as service provider to the industry)
Experience in design and implementation of marketing / multichannel / digital tactics
Experience in agency / vendor management
Pharmaceutical marketing / sales experience
Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects
Brand management and Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry including experience in developing content and customer journeys for CRMs systems preferred.
Confidence in decision making, Act accountably with an entrepreneurial mindset
Not afraid of making mistakes and learning fast
Communication with impact & influence, consultative partnering and business acumen
Fluent in English.
