Our mission is to connect professionals, foster innovation, and drive growth through impactful live events, including CDMO Live, and the fast-growing PharmaSource digital platform, which provides insight, interviews, news and events for pharma professionals working with external partners in drug development and manufacturing.

We’re looking for a mid-level Content Editor who can take ownership of our editorial output across articles, interviews, podcasts, and live events. This is a hands-on, dynamic role at the intersection of journalism, content marketing, and event programming — ideal for someone with a nose for a good story and a passion for life sciences.

We are seeking a creative and diligent content professional to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging live event experiences and contributing to our digital content offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Editorial & Content Creation

- Write and edit news analysis, industry features, and thought-leadership content focused on pharma and biotech outsourcing

- Identify emerging trends and topics that matter to our audience of biotech executives and CDMO decision-makers

- Manage a content calendar across web, email, and social channels

- Commission and edit contributions from partners, and guest experts

Conference & Webinar Programming

- Support development of our CDMO Live in-person events by researching topics, recruiting speakers, and shaping agendas

- Host or moderate live sessions, webinars, or fireside chats as needed

- Collaborate with our events and marketing teams to promote sessions and generate content before/after each event

Podcast & Multimedia

- Lead the production of our PharmaSource podcast, including guest sourcing, interview prep, scripting, and coordination with audio editors

- Conduct expert interviews across video and audio formats

- Write supporting content (show notes, summaries, articles) to extend reach and engagement

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–6 years of experience in journalism, B2B content, or editorial roles, ideally in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or health tech

- Strong interviewing and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling content

- Experience producing podcasts, webinars, or event content (or a strong interest in learning)

- Comfortable speaking with senior industry experts and moderating interviews or panels

- Curious, organized, and self-starting — this role has high ownership

Nice to Have:

- Experience with content production tools including WordPress, Audacity, Canva and Descript

- Familiarity with the drug development and manufacturing landscape (e.g., CDMOs, CMC, outsourcing models)

- Understanding of content analytics and audience engagement strategies

What We Offer:

- Supportive, remote-first culture with flexible working

- Creative freedom and steering the editorial strategy of a growing media brand

- A collaborative, low-ego startup environment where your work has visible impact

How to Apply:

Send your CV, a brief note explaining your interest, and 2–3 writing or multimedia samples (published articles, podcast interviews, event programs, etc.)
