The role:

They are continuing to grow their business in 2025.

As a result, they have created a new leadership role as Consulting Director and are seeking a very experienced management consultant with significant sales, change and transformation experience to work closely with the existing leadership team on this journey.

This hybrid role will work across revenue growth and business development, project and client delivery leading multiple consulting engagements, as well as operational management and proposition development. The role includes:

  • Leading a portfolio of assignments and client projects across strategy development and transformation delivery including managing consulting staff and key stakeholders
  • Sales and revenue development: developing and growing existing clients and winning new business
  • Develop the consulting capability and propositions, thought leadership and people
  • Support the business across all aspects of business leadership and revenue growth

You:

  • A very experienced management consultant with recent employment at Senior Manager or Director level with an established consulting firm
  • Broad experience, with established capability at CxO stakeholder level, across strategy, business case development, Target Operating Model, business growth and transformation
  • EXPERTISE IN ONE OR MORE OF: procurement/sourcing; shared services/GBS/BPO; organisational design/Target Operating Model; B2B customer growth/services; digital & IT strategy/CIO advisory
  • RECENTCONSULTINGEXPERIENCE in one or more of life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices), manufacturing or consumer goods
  • Proven experience in sales and growing client accounts as well as delivery and broader practice development.

Location and mobility:

Our client has a flexible working model but applicants must be based in commuting distance of London and willing to work in the London office 3 days per week and at client site as required.
