Consultant – Integrated Real-World Evidence & Solutions

Location: UK (Hybrid – flexible mix of home and office)

Type: Contract, Inside IR35

Duration: 12 Months


We are seeking a Consultant to join an innovative, global healthcare consulting team specialising in Real-World Evidence (RWE). This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that apply advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and real-world data to solve some of the most challenging issues in healthcare.

You’ll work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment with colleagues across multiple geographies, shaping evidence generation strategies and delivering impactful solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to methodology design and innovation.
  • Perform desk research using internal and external data sources.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation and strategic initiatives.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, gaining rapid exposure to a variety of RWE activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, economics, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in the life sciences industry and/or consulting.
  • Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for healthcare/life sciences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
