Headcount Solutions are seeking to recruit a Construction Planner for one of our multinational client sites in Limerick.

Construction Project Planners required to support our construction sites in Limerick - 10years experience - Cleanrooms / M&E services / Fit out.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Schedule – EPCM Project Scope

  • 5 years’ experience min.

  • Strong Pharmaceutical Background

  • Proven experience of within a team of planners

  • Strong technical knowledge – ability to read and understand engineering deliverables and drawings

  • Good understanding of the wider project controls functions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones/ Extension of time evaluations)

  • Ability to chair and run Interactive Planning and coordination meetings.

  • Ability to manage and interface with Sub-Contractors

  • Ability to establish and run an earned value progress reporting system.

  • Excellent computer skills including PrimaveraP6, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.

  • Previous experience of working within a multiuserP6 environment (e.g. Load spring)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Last Planner interface experience

  • 4D BIM experience an advantage but not necessary

  • Good understanding of design deliverables and sub-contract mobilisation activities
