Location: Bromborough, Wirral
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams.
Role Summary:
As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will support various projects across industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and complete daily construction requirements on industrial sites
Support project team activities
Perform DIY and general building maintenance, including tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and electrical works
Carry out construction tasks safely and efficiently
Follow safe working practices and report hazards or faulty equipment
Provide daily updates on construction progress
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a similar role
Ability to use initiative for site construction and maintenance
Skills in painting, decorating, joinery, basic plumbing, and electrical work
Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Teamwork capability
