This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing manufacturer of innovative antibacterial products used across the cosmetic, aesthetic, dental, and medical device sectors. With strong year-on-year growth and investment into bringing formulation and compliance in-house, now is the perfect time to join.

As Compliance Specialist, you'll take ownership of regulatory activities, provide technical expertise to the commercial team, and support product development and testing. It's a hands-on, visible role with real scope to shape how compliance is managed as the business continues to grow.





What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 18 months' experience in regulatory compliance (cosmetic, medical device, aesthetic, or similar)
  • Science-related qualification (e.g. Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Microbiology)
  • Understanding of UK/EU Cosmetic or Medical Device regulations
  • Chemical formulation experience desired
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
  • Comfortable working 5 days a week on-site in Hinckley





The Package

  • £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with time served)
