JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Band 6 Community Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Letchworth? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Job Title:Community Pharmacist (Band 6)

Duration:Ongoing contract

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (30-minute break)

Start Date:July / August

End Date:Ongoing

Rate of Pay:£24–30 per hour (Locum), £50,000 per annum (Permanent option available)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s team as a Community Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of local patients within a high-street community setting. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid GPhC registration

experience working in the community pharmacy sector

strong communication and interpersonal skills

the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and service needs.
