Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the multi-fuel power station project.
Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
Provide regular commercial reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, including financial, contractual, and operational risks.
Support procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Lead on claims management, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
Liaise closely with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Qualification

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in large-scale construction or energy infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of contracts, particularly NEC, FIDIC, or similar forms.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
