Commercial and Operations Compliance Effectiveness Leader

What You’ll Do

Leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Cytiva’s compliance processes are operationalized, fit for purpose and easy to apply.
Working with the Commercial Compliance team to improve the internal standard work across all key areas (Customer Interactions, Channel Partners, KYC, KYS, Audit & Monitoring, Training, Agreement Templates) to drive consistent and effective execution globally
Collaborating closely with the COLR team to align compliance initiatives with legal priorities and with the Operations (COO) teams to identify other areas of improvement to mitigate risk effectively.
Collaborating with OPCO and Regional Compliance directors to improve and deliver effective commercial compliance training through the GTM and NEO training programs
Executing compliance projects and countermeasures to successful completion and sustainment by applying strong project management and DBS principles and tools
Who You Are

BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Law, Finance, IT, Business or equivalent degree
A minimum of 6 years of Legal/Compliance/Regulatory/Audit or Risk experience, preferably at least partly within the Healthcare or Lifesciences industry
Proven track record of project and process development, implementation and project management, with minimal supervision required.
Proven ability to function as a member of a global team in a complex, matrix environment.
Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving legal and regulatory issues quickly and effectively, with an ability to make real-time decisions.
Comfortable working with senior managers: Executive influencing, clear & concise communication and presentation skills
Determined and with a "getting things done" mentality
