Hybrid/Office based in London, with the flexibility to go to the office at least two days per week, possibly more based on business needs. During the first month, this will require four days a week in the office.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Clinical Research Manager and team throughout the study lifecycle, from start-up to closure.
Assist with trial and site administration, especially during site start-up.
Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams.
Maintain financial files and support negotiations.
Coordinate meetings and interact with stakeholders such as study sites and vendors.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and maintain tracking systems.
Manage clinical documents and assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation.
Education and Experience:
B.A./B.S. in Life Sciences or healthcare equivalent.
1-2 years in Clinical Research in a similar role.
Experience in clinical payments, contracts, and financial correspondence.
Administrative support experience in clinical trials.
Fluent or proficient in English.
Understanding of global and regional clinical research guidelines.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Effective communication skills with external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently.
Desirable: experience with financial/legal negotiations, executing payments, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
