We’re a London-based, independently owned CRO working with biotech and pharma companies across the UK and Europe. Our focus is on high-quality, flexible delivery of early to mid-phase clinical trials — especially in oncology, rare diseases, and immunology. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, agile, and genuinely passionate about what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading trials from start-up to close-out across multiple sites and therapeutic areas

  • Managing timelines, budgets, and communication with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for sponsors and ensuring everyone is aligned.

  • Maintaining quality across the board — including SOP compliance, GCP adherence, and documentation standards.

  • Identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate.

  • Helping improve internal processes and contributing to our growing SOP library.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of clinical research experience, including previous work at a CRO.

  • Solid experience managing trials independently.

  • Proven involvement in regulatory audits or inspections — and confidence navigating compliance discussions.

  • Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, UK/EU clinical trial regulations, and quality oversight.

  • Clear communicator, highly organised, and able to balance multiple responsibilities.

  • Based in or near London, with the ability to work 2–3 days per week in our office.

    Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in early-phase or rare disease studies.

  • Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, and eTMF systems.

  • A project management qualification like PMP or PRINCE2.
