ROLE OVERVIEW


** PLEASENOTE: This is a contract position initially offered at 50% capacity (~20 hours per week) **


Must have ophthalmology experience


We are currently looking for a Contract Clinical Data Manager to join a leading Biotech company based in the London area. As the Contract Clinical Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical data management tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the Contract Clinical Data Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. Liaise between vendors, clinical teams, and other functional team members to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.


2. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data entry, validation, and cleaning processes using Medidata Rave.


3. Support the development and review of case report forms, study database structures, and data management plans.


4. Perform quality checks and edit checks to maintain data accuracy and provide hands-on support for data-related issues.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Contract Clinical Data Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.


2. Proven industry experience in clinical data management, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Medidata Rave and other clinical data management systems.


4. Must have ophthalmology experience
