Within this role, you will have full responsibility for one or several clinics, ensuring you meet financial performance objectives whilst ensuring excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager

• Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, and a post – basic qualification in renal nursing.
  
  
• Experience in Haemodialysis and ability to lead nursing teams.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners
  
  
• Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
  
  Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager
  
  
• Demonstrate effective clinical management, including budget planning and cost control.
  
  
• Full operational and clinical management of the clinic(s), maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  
  
• Supervising, training and supporting staff, promoting continuous professional development.
