Role Overview:

Salary: From £50,000, depending upon experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1800, fully onsite role

Location: London, Holborn

Contract: Full Time and Permanent


Role Summary:

Mamedica are looking to recruit a CQC-experienced Clinic (Practice) Manager to help ensure there are smooth operational processes across the Clinic with the day to day running of the Clinic, with the support of the wider team, and guidance from the Senior Leadership Team.


Role Duties:

  • Works to develop an efficient and productive team, building key business strategies and reviewing patient services
  • To oversee and empower the team to run daily operations of Mamedica Clinic and to ensure day to day compliance is up to date: which may include complaints, SEAs, letters, etc
  • Oversees daily practice operations including but not limited to, scheduling, security, occupational health and safety, stock management and training
  • Controls supply i.e., FP10s making sure log is kept up to date and accurate
  • Enforcing and leading re: CQC regulations, including risk assessments as per relevant policies and procedures


Qualifications:

  • A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred
  • Management Qualification/Degree preferred


Experiences & Skills:

  • Current or recent experience of working within a healthcare management and team management-based role, with proven experience in CQC compliance within a medical background
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage clinic operations, leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and regulatory bodies
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance documentation


About Mamedica:

Mamedica is a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.


We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medical cannabis medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.


Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
