Client Relationship Manager required for a busy logistics company based in Colnbrook. Salary up to £40,000. In this role you will manage and monitor key account customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will ensure that the needs of the customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation. Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.  
Complete and send client reports/KPI’s /QBR and Investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
Attend off site client meetings.
Provide shipment specific updates where required.
Escalate all client issues to the management team and applicable Business Development Account Manager.
Monitor / Assist with live bookings / collection orders.
Understand client tariffs and handle quotations / pricing requests / shipping queries. 
Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.Your Skills and Experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1
Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
Excellent understanding of World Geography. Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products.
Negotiation and problem solving skills.
Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability 
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 - 4 days in the office, 1 WFH day
