Experienced Group Chief Information Officer - CIO (Multi-region / Global) - 2yr FTC or Permanent


Our client is a dynamic multi-billion t/o manufacturing business who are undergoing an end to end business transformation.


They require an highly accomplished and experienced CIO who hasled strategy and execution across a multi-global region remit, and has led significant technology and digital change and transformation.


You must havea background in leading systemic end-to-end technology transformation across an international manufacturing landscape, with ideally pharmaceutical / chemical / CPG manufacturing expertise.


You will needa strong grasp of international supply chain, distribution, manufacturing operations, and be able to demonstratea background of successful innovation, modernisation and technology enablementfor an international businessthrough a full 3yr+ Transformation cycle


You must also be a leader and driver of changeand building high performance teams and cultures.


The role, while not on the ExCo is extremely close to it, and is the owner for the technology strategy and comes at an exciting and pivotal stage in the global business.


You will need to be comfortable with regular travel to North of England (2-3 days p/w) with intermittent global travel, and with a high EQ able to adapt and evolve cultures.


They are investing heavily in growth and transformation, and the Exco have the commitment and ambition to support the right leader to drive the digital and technology transformation across every dimension - infrastructure, enterprise applications, Data/AI, automation, service delivery, architecture, product-centred working (e.g. Agile), etc in order to thrive in the next iteration of this well regarded and highly established business.
