Key aspects of the role: 

Support with the design, installation, and commission of new production processes with the view to optimise yield and efficiency 
Contribute to production root cause analysis, and change proposals 
Support with the set up of scale-up and scale-down processes, including making appropriate updates to process FMEAs and changes to equipment design and configuration 
Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents required for efficient operation of the process 
Support in first line technical troubleshooting for process handover to production.   
Applicant requirements 

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an equivalent role, ideally within a pharmaceutical or medical device bioprocess environment or other closely related industry considered. 
Strong communication across all levels of the organisation
