We have an opportunity for a Change Management Lead.
Job Summary

In this role, the Global Change Management Lead will be accountable to the Director, Change Management & Operations BPO Lead and will primarily be responsible for developing and executing change management deliverables for various transformational initiatives to meet specific objectives and drive change commitment from awareness to buy-in. The primary focus of this role will be to support implementation of global digital and business transformations for the organization worldwide. They will contribute to building the organization’s change competency through delivery of change management capability, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, change plan actions coordination, business readiness and adoption & sustainment.
Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing change management plans and executing associated stakeholder engagement, change impacts analysis and integration into communication and training to drive adoption of changes introduced.
Develop robust stakeholder mapping and associated personas to describe direct and indirect impact on various internal/external audiences.
Partner with key functions to collect, curate and validate change impacts assessments to execute tailored change interventions and tactics focused on driving employee adoption.
Drive change leadership competencies across the organization and deliver role-based change management training sessions using standard tools, templates, methodology and training curriculum as required.
Drive stakeholder readiness and adoption measurement by designing and tracking relevant KPI.
Build reward and recognition tactics tied to overall change plans aimed at motivating and enabling employees to transition to the future desired state.
Support functional leaders in driving their teams through stages of change transitions, including tracking employee change receptivity, and designing triggers to accelerate employee adoption.
Building change management awareness within the organization, introducing change tools and templates, delivering change management training, and competency building in various functions.
Partner with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, Project Leaders and/or Functional Leaders to integrate all change management deliverables, milestones and activities into project critical paths.
Track and report on business/employee/end user readiness along with progress and effectiveness of change management deliverables tied to assigned initiatives.
Provides recommendations on optimizing change management plans and executing change management interventions/tactics based on feedback and inputs from project and business stakeholders.
Observes and supports all safety guidelines and regulations.
Follows GMP and regulatory requirements, and ensures quality standards are met.
Models the Company Mission, Vision and Values Statements, policies, and current standard business practices.
Performs other related duties and or special projects as assigned by the leader.
Qualifications

Education and Credentials
University degree in a related discipline preferred e.g. Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Science or Engineering.
Experience
7+ years’ experience as an Organizational Change Management professional or a combination of Organizational Development, Communications or similar, combined with a minimum of 3 years working in the field of Change Management.
Involved in Digital Transformation projects including ERP (SAP S4/Hana preferred).
Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing background an asset, with prior knowledge of operations/production, finance and supply chain functions.
Knowledge and passion of change management principles.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
Able to maintain tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Able to build and maintain relationships to influence, coach and guide others.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
Valid passport for possible international travel.
Fluent in French an asset but not required.
