Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Cell Therapy Operations Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week). This role is field based so you will need to travel across the country.

As a Cell Therapy Operations Manager, you will be a key player in the launch and delivery of transformative cell therapies for haematologic oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and execute specific strategies for CAR T therapies
Oversee site capacity and slot allocation to ensure seamless delivery at a national level.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to optimise site capabilities, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for all involved
Facilitate site onboarding and forecast planning.
Monitor incidents, resolve logistical issues and develop initiatives to address capacity gapsRequirements

Degree educated as well as experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry
Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong project management skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
Tech-savvy with an ability to navigate and optimise digital platforms
