Your mission

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
  • Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities
  • Conducting sales meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation and contract negotiations
  • Analyzing market and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Preparing sales reports and assisting with forecasts and budget plans
  • Working with the marketing team to develop sales promotions
  • Supporting the senior sales team with key accounts and complex projects
  • Participate in internal meetings and trainings to further develop skills

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
  • First professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High customer orientation and a self-confident manner
  • Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
