STADA UK | Natures Aid | Business Admin Apprentice

Location: Preston | UK | Full-time | Fixed-Term 20-Months

This role supports the commercial functions with general admin tasks, data management, coordination, and communication to ensure smooth operations. It offers practical experience and professional skills in a dynamic environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with or completing their A-Levels or equivalent, with a 5/6 in English and Maths GCSE, seeking their first career step. The role includes an 18-month Business Administration apprenticeship, combining on-site and online learning to achieve a qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings for senior leadership.
  • Note-taking at SLT meetings.
  • Coordinating international travel in line with company policy.
  • Booking external meetings within budget.
  • Supporting internal communications, including newsletter content and social media posts.
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and event organization.
  • Managing awards and recognition programs.
  • Providing admin support for HR activities, including inductions and interviews.
  • Organizing induction paperwork for temporary workers and visitors.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills across various channels.
  • Basic understanding of business administration.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
