Our Client is a Major Home Counties based, Regional Main Contractor. They're looking for a Building Services Manager to take the lead role on projects, overseeing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Building Services Installation typically on work to the West of London, including the London end of the M3 and M4 Corridor.
This is a rare, senior level M&E position outside London and a superb opportunity for a career focussed, established BSM looking to develop their career. Opportunities and rewards within our clients business are exceptional.
Projects include a wide variety of work in the built environment including; government and MOD; Commercial and retail; entertainment and leisure; pharmaceutical and Data Centres.
Our client would like to recruit an experienced M&E Building Services Manager and will consider someone either Mechanical or Electrically biased, provided that you have excellent management level understanding of both disciplines. Ideally you will have a fitout contractor background, but they will consider applicants from a sub-contractor background, provided you have extensive fitout project experience.
This is a position with a Main Contractor, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage the client's interests and oversee sub-contracting companies on site from a management perspective. Our client is predominantly involved in the fitout and refurbishment sector, and work typically ranges from £2m to £40M in project value. Projects are generally quite fast-track.
