The Role


Responsible for assisting in the development of branded marketing strategies across the company portfolio, working closely with the Brand and Product Marketing Lead and commercial leads to implement product marketing campaigns and be integral to the creation of product brand plans, budgetary creation and control.


What will you be doing?


  • Create brand plans to set the marketing strategy across the portfolio of promoted brands.
  • Oversee the execution of the marketing strategy to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Analyse marketing performance against the set KPIs and adjust the strategy as required.
  • Consistently have knowledge of competitor activity.
  • Analyse market data to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Support in the overall budget management for Marketing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across all cross-functional teams.

The Person

  • Degree level education preferably in a life science or marketing related discipline.
  • Experience of creating strategic campaigns and brand plans.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to large groups of sales personnel both directly and in writing.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • High levels of numeracy and written skills with attention to detail.
