Position Summary

Brand Manager, HCP, Cetaphil is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing communications for the Consumer Business unit of brands (specifically, but not limited to, Cetaphil) to the professional audience. This position will collaborate with all businesses to advance the vision and strategy for Cetaphil in the professional space.

Essential Functions

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement professional marketing strategies and tactics, including one- and three-year plans to improve recommendation positioning within Dermatology in Canada. Manage budget and variable marketing investments.
Create Professional Sales and Marketing Assets: Assist in developing all professional sales and marketing assets.
Collaborate with Therapeutic Dermatology (Rx), Injectable Aesthetics (Ax) and Dermatological Skincare (Cx) Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to deploy sales and marketing strategies.
Evaluate and Optimize Performance: Measure the performance of all sales and marketing tactics and make recommendations based on market research and sales results.
Build Brand Relationships: Lead efforts to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Dermatology and professional organizations. Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand collaboration and recommendations.
Market Analysis: Develop a strong understanding of the industry and competitors. Translate market trends and research into new ideas for professional pieces and communication.
Vendor Management: Manage marketing vendors, budget, and KPIs. Assess performance regularly.
Financial Planning: Demonstrate financial acumen, including ROI analysis and P&L experience.
Influencer and Social Media Management: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Digital Media Capabilities: Utilize digital media platforms to create and distribute content that drives brand awareness and professional engagement.
KOL and Professional Influencer Strategies and Tactical Execution: Develop and execute strategies to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional influencers. This includes identifying and building relationships with influential professionals in Dermatology, creating targeted content and campaigns, and leveraging their influence to enhance brand credibility and reach.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of three years in CPG Marketing and/or Sales in Pharmacy/Health Care Professionals, preferably with Dermatology-specific experience. Proven track record in executing strategies that drive sales, differentiate from the competition, and generate incremental share of voice in the professional space with Health Care Providers.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task under pressure, and working knowledge of all areas of Marketing, including influencer and social media management, and digital media capabilities.
