We are looking for an experienced Brand Manger to join our client’s team based in Hampshire. This role would suit someone with varied experience as a Brand Manager within a pharmaceutical company. You must have solid experience working with prescription drugs/products to be considered for this role. You will be working in a close-knit marketing team and reporting directly into the Brand and Product Lead.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of branded generics, OTC and medical device brands.
  • To support and create brand plans, setting the marketing strategy across the portfolio of promoted brands.
  • To analyse marketing performance against the set KPIs and adjust the strategy required, communicating this to the head of marketing.
  • To support and direct in the overall budget management for marketing.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships across all cross – functional teams and relevant key stakeholders within the business.
  • To manage and execute launch plans for new brands.

Requirements

  • Degree level education preferably in a life science or marketing related discipline
  • Has proven experience working in a Brand Manager role for a pharmaceutical company
  • Has managed several brands and has launch experience
  • Has Branded Generics and generics experience
  • A BM who has worked with prescription products
  • Experienced in brand strategy and yearly executional plans
  • Can travel to Hampshire on a weekly basis
  • Has mentored more junior members of the team
  • Has managed third-party agencies
