Brand Lead – Pharmaceutical Division

📍 Reading(Hybrid)| 🕒Full-Time| 💼Permanent


We’re seeking a strategic and drivenBrand Leadto join a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong heritage in prescription healthcare and a growing footprint across the UK.

This is a key role within the team, responsible for driving brand performance across the UK & Ireland. You’ll lead the development and execution of targeted, compliant, and impactful marketing strategies that support both commercial and clinical objectives.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and execute the brand strategy for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products
  • Develop and implement UK&I campaigns aligned with global direction and local market needs
  • Work closely with medical, regulatory, and sales teams to deliver effective, compliant messaging
  • Lead educational initiatives and content for healthcare professionals in theprimary care setting
  • Analyse market data, clinical trends, and performance KPIs to refine strategy and optimise ROI
  • Manage external agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or brand management experience
  • Deep understanding of theNHS and primary care environment
  • Proven ability towork autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects through to execution
  • Experience developing materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals
  • Urology or specialist care experience is aplus, but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
