Rare opportunity for an accomplished Biotransformation or DMPK Senior Scientist to step into a leading role.
Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation conducting novel drug discovery & development projects across a broad range of therapeutic areas including Neuroscience, Inflammation, Immunology and Oncology.
In this pivotal role, you will lead development and discovery projects, planning and performing enzyme biotransformation and metabolite identification studies, as well as coordinating outsourced projects to partner CROs. You will play a key role in the interpretation of mass spectrometry data, working with a variety of high-end instrumentation, to study biotransformation pathways and elucidate the structure of metabolites. As team lead, you will also provide guidance and mentorship across the group as well as holding responsibility for developing novel strategies and advances in technology.
Applications are invited from accomplished Biotransformation or DMPK Senior Scientists, with a strong background in metabolite identification using LC-MS instrumentation.
