About The Role

As a Biosensor Research Scientist, you will be a key member of our R&D team, focusing on developing point-of-care electrochemical aptamer-based sensors (E-AB) for drug monitoring and other applications. Your responsibilities will include constructing E-AB biosensors, experimental verification, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize AB biosensors to meet regulatory standards
Design and execute experimental strategies in collaboration with the CSO and management
Research novel technical concepts, review literature, and apply findings experimentally
Conduct extensive experiments to validate findings
Prepare scientific reports and present findings to stakeholders
Assist in planning and organizing R&D activities
Technical Skills

Experience with electrochemical biosensors
Laboratory experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, synthetic biology, or related fields
Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
Strong publication record
Experience with statistical data analysis
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Additional Competencies

Master’s or PhD in relevant fields such as molecular biology, biochemistry, biosensors, etc.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Effective project and time management skills
Creative, adaptable, and eager to innovate
