Do you like to see things differently?

Do you like to break-down challenges and piece together a solution?

Do you enjoy a consultative sales process?

Then join a company where technical expertise is genuinely valued—where your knowledge of biopharma processes isn’t just a nice-to-have, but central to how you’ll make an impact.

This is a key role within a global business known for its innovation, product quality, and customer focus. You'll be responsible for growing market share in this high-potential and high-value territory. Working directly with R&D, process development, and manufacturing teams, the successful individual will need to understand biologics workflows to consult with customers and advise on product selection and offer technical support (and close the deal 😉).

Your activities:

  • Work with biologic organisations of all size to understand their challenges within discovery, development and manufacturing to identify product solutions.

  • Manage a Cambridge (and surrounding) focused territory

  • Network within organisations to identify all areas, departments and individuals where product solutions can be sold

  • Hunt out new business opportunities; seeking referrals, utilising contacts, forums and associations

  • Develop a territory strategy to win new business in the biopharma space

  • Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met

  • Identify market trends and feedback insights to the wider business, influencing product direction and commercial strategy

  • Take ownership of your territory's performance and drive sustained sales growth whilst ensure the highest level of customer support and satisfaction

    Your background:

  • A degree in a life science field (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry)

  • First-hand experience in biopharma—either in the lab, in process development, or closely aligned commercially

  • In-depth knowledge of workflows at every stage of the BioPharma process

  • A track record selling to the sector, (Capital Equipment, instrumentation or technical consumables)

  • An understanding of chromatography applications

  • The ability to travel across the region to engage with customers in person

    Why apply:

  • You'll be selling into one of the most active and high-growth sectors in the UK market

  • You’ll be representing a global leader in their field

  • The company has a strong technical support structure, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering solutions

  • This territory includes leading biopharma and biotech organisations—offering real scope for long-term growth and impact

  • You'll have autonomy, a clearly defined product portfolio, and the backing of a well-regarded global brand

  • Competitive salary, uncapped performance bonus, company car, and full benefits

This is a career opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the science while making a measurable commercial impact. If that sounds like you, we’d welcome a conversation
