An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or training Biology teacher to join one of the most respected independent day schools in the South West. Situated on a spacious campus in Cheltenham and known for its academic excellence and holistic ethos, this school offers a nurturing, ambitious environment where Early Career Teachers are supported and stretched to reach their potential.

The Biology department enjoys high uptake and exceptional exam results, with pupils often progressing to competitive STEM degrees including medicine, environmental science, and biochemistry. Laboratories are fully equipped with modern apparatus, and the school is currently investing in new facilities to expand its practical biology provision.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will benefit from an outstanding induction programme designed specifically for teachers entering the profession in an independent school context.
