Biochemistry Biomedical Scientist job

Mediplacements is recruiting for an experienced band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry for a locum role with our client located in Buckinghamshire.

The pay for this position is £23-£25 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Agency staff must have experience with Beckman Coulter AU and DXi platforms,
shifts are Mon-Fri 0845-1715 and 1330-2100

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests, including routine and specialized tests in the Biochemistry Department
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Interpret results accurately and provide reports to medical staff
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results obtained and equipment used
- Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and have experience in Biochemistry.
